Initially I was very upset with my order, as only one of 4 of these parfum arrived. I contacted customer service and they shipped out the missing pieces overnight. I am slightly disappointed that one of those boxes was somehow cracked across the middle, like it had some weight put on it that somehow tore the box , like a fissure across the front of the package. I'm very picky and would prefer a perfect product meant for gifting but the customer service and quick handling of my issue deserves 5 stars.
