At Auroud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 3-day return policy so you can shop with confidence.

To qualify for a return:
Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 3 calendar days of delivery (the delivery date counts as Day 1).
Proof of Purchase: An order number or receipt is required.
Simply log in to your account or send us an email to initiate a return. The return shipment needs to be arranged by customers. We recommend using a tracked ground-shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.
Because perfume contains alcohol and is subject to shipping restrictions, the easiest option is usually to take the securely packed item to a USPS location, inform the staff that the package contains perfume, and request USPS Ground Advantage or another compliant ground-shipping service.
Please return the bottle with its original box, cap, packaging, and any included materials. Once the package has been shipped, please send us the tracking number so that we can monitor the return if possible.
Upon receipt of the package, the return process can take 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days to post to your account. Order credit will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified by email.
If you would like to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return before sending by sending us an email. To ensure a quick and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number.

For damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
* Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
* We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
